Stackin' Sats is the world's first Crypto inspired beer brewed with block chain Cryo* technology. Bittered with Warrior hops and double dry hopped with Columbus, Mosaic, and Cascade Cryo hops. * Cryo hops are made by freezing hop cones with liquid nitrogen separating the lupulin from the leaf, leaving only the concentrated bittering and oil portion of the hops. Although extremely high in alpha acids, when used in the whirlpool and dry hopping provide intense aroma and flavor.

Who is Dr. Pat? A dentist, third-generation farmer, and co-founder of High Hops Brewery. Dr. Pat cultivated our on-site hop farm in 2007 which led to the opening of High Hops Brewery in 2012. It’s his recipe that creates this malty, heavily-hopped beer. We brew it with continuous hop additions using hops grown in that same field over 10 years later.

Smooth is one of a kind but yet part of a duo. A single imperial stout that we let rest on two different types of Swedish High Coast Whisky oak barrels. A few of the barrels were peaty and the others, you guessed it, smooth. One of the ways we like it. Skål!
